When Tour co-owner Diane Bixler first met Al Rauber, she expressed a desire to learn as much as she could about the phenomena of hauntings. We were actually told NOT to encourage or answer questions, Diane explains. How can you expect someone

to pay money for a tour, and not be allowed to ask a few questions? When I took Al's tour, he was not merely regurgitating someone else's inaccurate accounts of Cape May hauntings. He was explaining things. He had done the actual investigations and he had reasons for the hauntings. I knew that this is what I wanted to do, and I quit the other tour the next day. I've never regretted that decision.

Today, Diane has become quite knowledgeable regarding this fascinating subject. Having conducted actual investigations and interviews has really added to her total subject knowledge. Rauber has noticed a quiet assurance about her. I've said it before, I am very proud of Diane and appreciate all that she adds to this tour. There are even plans for Diane and the Tour to be featured on The Discovery Channel early next year!
