Diane Bixler's initial exposure to The Haunted Cape May Tour was as a customer.  Working for one of the other tours in town which was attempting to compete with H.C.M., she was certain that there was more to this subject than she was presenting.  "I felt as if I was taking the people's money and giving them nothing in return."
